You've blocked out time to work on your business, but there are just so many things, how do you know what to focus your time on? This isn’t the time to tackle your emails!
Start by making a list of all the things that you haven’t had time to do, but that you really want to do for your business. What are the things that will make your life better? That will make the lives of your employees better? That will make things easier, more effective, more efficient, more fun.
Write down all the ways that you want to grow, and then decide on what to tackle first.
